The Role
•Working with a highly experienced and professional Design Manager you will work on developing detailed scopes for all consultants, engaging, and managing through the design, DA and CC process.
•You’ll work with the councils portal to package up and submit all required documents for two hotel schemes. One based in the St George area south of Sydney and one in the CBD. Throughout the build process you will be the go to person for all design related questions working with the project engineers for design and detail clarification.
•Working as part of the design and development team you will learn about front end concept and design development as well buildability, council approval process through to buildability and high end finishers.
