Your role
The successful candidate will be involved in a range of Bronxx’s high-end commercial and residential projects in and around Sydney. As developers, builders and placemakers, we have unprecedented site and project ownership, giving you amazing experience and access to processes from beginning to end.
Our meticulous attention to quality and detail will hone your carpentry and business skills alongside an experienced team who wants to see you succeed and flourish. What’s more, we pride ourselves on selecting scenic sites in stunning, highly accessible locations, making working life a pleasure!
What you’ll learn
Our apprenticeships enable you to put your carpentry study into real-world practice across a variety of building projects. Whether you’re working on exteriors or interiors, you’ll learn:
- Wide-ranging carpentry skills in the field alongside the best.
- The value of teamwork and communication to ensure a brilliant result.
- How to interpret multiple consultant designs and building plans and bring them to life with the highest attention to detail
- How to problem solve to overcome on-site carpentry challenges without compromising quality.
- How to improve your calculation and measurement skills.
- How to become your most efficient to meet deadlines.
- The satisfaction that comes with completing a project that builds people an enduring quality of life.

Salary and benefits
- Study costs (provided you maintain acceptable grades)

- Salary range of $30,000- $55,000
