$15 Million Cronulla Penthouse Will Feature An Epic Glass Ceiling Pool
A brand-new two-storey penthouse in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire suburb of Cronulla is looking to set a $15 million record, partly thanks to an impressive glass ceiling pool and sweeping water views.
The 11-apartment luxury project, Oasis, is located at 11-12 Tonkin Street, Cronulla overlooking Gunnamatta Bay and spread over nine levels.
The split-level penthouse apartment exclusively enjoys the sprawling rooftop designed with entertaining in mind. The glass-bottomed pool is perched above the dining room and is paved in honed white marble.
Glass skylights and terraces flood the main living areas with natural light, which is inclusive of three bedrooms, plush lounge areas and meticulous bathrooms that are all accessible by a private lift.
The new project is the flagship of developer Bronxx, will be designed by Vic Lake Architects, and seeks to topple the previous record price of $8 million for a unit in Cronulla.
