Site work continues to progress across all stages, with ongoing construction activities moving forward smoothly.

All works for Stage 1 have now been completed and are currently undergoing the final approvals process with Council. This marks a major milestone in the project as we move closer to land registration for Stage 1.

In Stage 2, the laying of asphalt is scheduled to take place this week, following the completion of all service works. Landscaping is now underway. Overall site works for this stage are expected to be completed by early October, after which the Council approvals process will commence.

View, Gregory Hills is making great progress, with significant advancements in both Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the project.

Road construction for Stage 1 is now complete. The newly constructed roads will provide access to the lots and connectivity within the development. Work on footpaths, street signs, and road line marking is on track and scheduled for completion next week. This will ensure safety and convenience for pedestrians and drivers alike. Additionally, street landscaping is set to begin next week. This will include the planting of trees and plants, which will beautify the streetscape and provide a pleasant environment for residents. All Stage 1 lots have been topsoiled and trimmed to finished levels, preparing them for future construction.

In Stage 1, significant progress has been made. The installation of stormwater and sewer systems is complete, ensuring proper drainage and sanitation for the area. The construction of retaining walls has also been finalized, providing essential support and stability to the site. Work on the National Broadband Network (NBN) and electrical infrastructure is currently underway, paving the way for reliable connectivity and power supply. Additionally, preparations for asphalt paving are in their final stages, with the commencement of asphalt laying scheduled to begin shortly.

Construction is progressing well with Stage 1 earthworks now complete and Stages 2-4 close behind.

Retaining walls and sewer draining have commenced in Stage 1 and will begin in Stage 2 shortly.

Service connections and final roads will commence in each stage once the above works are complete.
