To purchase your piece of land in View, Gregory Hills, first you’ll need to request an appointment with one of our Sales Consultants. We can help identify the perfect location for you based on your requirements.
Then, to secure your piece of land, we’ll need to complete a Sales Advice and place an initial Exchange deposit of $5000 ($1500 of this is non-refundable once contracts are issued). Contracts will be issued for you to review and sign within a 7 day cool off period.

There are no strata fees as part of the View Gregory Hills community. There are also no design guidelines meaning you can create your dream home in any style you wish.
Stage 1 land registration is expected in July 2024.
