How to purchase in View, Gregory Hills.

Superbly located in Gregory Hills, bound by the border of Currans Hill and Smeaton Grange, View is the only residential landholding to sit in an elevated position on the hill, offering panoramic views of the Blue Mountains and across the Dharawal National Park.

Book an appointment with one of our Sales Consultants to help you select the perfect position for your home. You'll be able to view the available lots and have a site tour to view the aspect of your lot.

To proceed to purchase, you can place an initial Exchange deposit on your favourite property of $5000. You'll also need to provide ID and your Solicitor's details. This can be done easily online with the help of our team.

Once your initial Exchange deposit has been paid, your Agent will complete a formal Sales Advice which will issue your contract to your Solicitor for review. ($1500 of your Exchange deposit is forfeited should you decide not to proceed once a Sales Advice is submitted.)

Review your contract with your Solicitor and return signed contract for exchange within 7 business days. At Exchange, you'll need to pay a 5% deposit on the land (less your initial Exchange deposit).

Once the land registers, the balance of the land is due at Settlement. You are then the proud owner of the land which will be provided to you build-ready so your chosen builder can get started on constructing your dream home.

During construction, you will pay instalments at each stage of your build as outlined in your contract with your chosen builder. Before you know it, you'll be able to move into your dream home and View neighbourhood.

To purchase your piece of land in View, Gregory Hills, first you’ll need to request an appointment with one of our Sales Consultants. We can help identify the perfect location for you based on your requirements. 

Then, to secure your piece of land, we’ll need to complete a Sales Advice and place an initial Exchange deposit of $5000 ($1500 of this is non-refundable once contracts are issued). Contracts will be issued for you to review and sign within a 7 day cool off period.

There are no strata fees as part of the View Gregory Hills community. There are also no design guidelines meaning you can create your dream home in any style you wish.

 

Stage 1 land registration is expected in July 2024.

Stage 2 land registration is expected to follow in August/September 2024
