Site Update September 2024
We are excited to provide the latest update for View, Gregory Hills.
Site work continues to progress across all stages, with ongoing construction activities moving forward smoothly.
All works for Stage 1 have now been completed and are currently undergoing the final approvals process with Council. This marks a major milestone in the project as we move closer to land registration for Stage 1.
In Stage 2, the laying of asphalt is scheduled to take place this week, following the completion of all service works. Landscaping is now underway. Overall site works for this stage are expected to be completed by early October, after which the Council approvals process will commence.
Bulk earthworks for Stage 3 have been successfully completed. Construction of retaining walls and service installations is currently underway, marking significant progress in this stage of the development.
Similarly, Stage 4 has also seen the completion of bulk earthworks. Retaining walls are due to be finished within the next fortnight, while service installations are ongoing.
Coordination with the Council for approvals will follow once these stages are completed.
Additionally, work on upgrading Turner Road is now in progress, which will enhance access and traffic flow for the area.
