Site Update June 2024
We are excited to share this site update for View, Gregory Hills.
In Stage 1, significant progress has been made. The installation of stormwater and sewer systems is complete, ensuring proper drainage and sanitation for the area. The construction of retaining walls has also been finalized, providing essential support and stability to the site. Work on the National Broadband Network (NBN) and electrical infrastructure is currently underway, paving the way for reliable connectivity and power supply. Additionally, preparations for asphalt paving are in their final stages, with the commencement of asphalt laying scheduled to begin shortly.
Stage 2 has seen substantial advancements as well. The bulk earthworks, which involve major land shaping and grading, have been completed. This sets a strong foundation for the ongoing and upcoming construction activities. The installation of stormwater and sewer systems is now actively in progress, following the successful completion model of Stage 1.
Stages 3 and 4 are progressing as planned. The earthworks in these stages are nearing completion, with only a few final touches remaining to prepare the area for subsequent construction phases. This progress ensures that the development continues to move forward efficiently and on schedule.
Overall, the project is advancing smoothly across all stages, with foundational infrastructure being put in place to support the continued development.
