MINI BUYER’S GUIDE

STEP ONE:

Book an appointment with a View Sales Consultant, and they’ll help you find your perfect land. You can tour View’s beautiful location to view available lots and their aspects.

STEP TWO:

You’ve found your perfect lot! To secure your land and proceed to purchase, you need to pay an Initial Exchange Deposit of $5,000.

STEP THREE:

We issue the Contract of Sale to your solicitor for review, signing and Exchange within ten business days. At the time of Exchange, you pay a 5% deposit on the land (less your Initial Exchange Deposit). For example, a 5% deposit on a 300sqm View lot priced at $585,000 is only $29,250 (less your initial Exchange Deposit of $5000, means $24,250 is payable to Exchange).

STEP FOUR:
